Yes. All of our wicks are made from 100% natural cotton or untreated wood, completely free of lead and other heavy metals, ensuring an eco-friendly and safe burn for your home.
Can I reuse the ceramic candle jar after the candle has finished burning?
Absolutely. ZELIN SCENT vessels are hand-crafted ceramic art pieces designed with longevity in mind. Once your candle has burned down, you can easily clean out any remaining wax with warm, soapy water and repurpose the vessel as a home decor piece, trinket jar, small vase, or makeup brush holder.
Are the ceramic vessels handmade?
Yes, each vessel is thoughtfully designed and created with artisanal care, reflecting our signature blend of minimalist aesthetics and traditional porcelain and ceramic craftsmanship. Slight variations in glaze and texture make each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
How do I prevent tunneling and get the best burn from my candle?
During your first burn, allow the candle to burn for 2 to 3 hours until the entire top layer of wax has melted evenly to the edges of the vessel. For subsequent burns, always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch (6mm) before lighting to prevent smoke, soot, and an overly high flame.
How long should I burn my candle in one sitting?
We recommend not burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. This prevents the glass/ceramic from overheating and extends the overall lifespan of the candle.
What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
We want every unboxing to be a luxury experience. If your ceramic vessel arrives cracked or damaged, please take a photo of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery and reach out to our support team at [support email], and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
